[HCDX]: Question Re: NRC LOGBOOK.

Greetings,as the Dx season is upon us once again here in the
Northern States,I was wondering if anyone out there has an idea when the
newest installment of that fine Publication THE NRC AM RADIO LOGBOOK
comes out.As I recall,it's sometime soon,but would like a more definate
