Hello!

Is that "New Star" or "Gold Star" (="Venus") ? It sounds like the latter to
me. I just heard it sign on (9725 kHz, 0500 UTC, Sep 18, SIO 232) with
music and ID, followed by random numbers, all in Chinese.

Mr. Van den Boogert, we need some help.
