USA, Pennsylvania. I was looking for a sporting event, scanning the local
MW band, and I was surprised to find a TIS station on 830 kHz. Diction is
terrible, so I do not understand the call, but it announces itself as
"Penns Landing" TIS. That's a waterfront tourist area in Philadelphia, PA,
about 30 miles west of here. At 2130 UT 7 Sept, the signal is about s8 or
s9 here, covering more distant stations quite easily. (Sundstrom, NJ)
