THE FOLLOWING IS A CHANGE OF FREQUENCY FOR OUR NEW TRANSMITTER,
KWHR,  ANGEL 4, IN NAALEHU HAWAII TARGETED TO THE SOUTH PACIFIC!

     1300 - 1900  is changed to 7.510 Mhz

All others are the same:
     1900 - 0700 remains at   17.555 Mhz
     0700 - 1300 remains at   11.565 Mhz

These are final from the F.C.C.
As stated to you testing will begin 0000 utc time on Sunday September 7,
1997.
This is it, all indications are GO!
Please note this and spread the word as best you can.
