Does anybody know who was relaying CMT (Country Music Television)
tonight (AUG 29) on 1566 kHz ???

Tuned in at 0012 UTC, still on after 0100, but off at recheck at 0129.
At 0138 russian Mayak signed on. Its frequency was slightly different
(CMT = 1565.99, Mayak = 1566.00). But it could be the same transmitter,
its frequency could drift a bit while it was switched off for about
30 minutes (?).

Other ideas?  Thanks.
