Well I bought one with the intention of writing a review on it. Bottom line
was that, at least on SW, I couldn't make it work the way I expected. (They
were well aware of Mark's modifications and results.) I talked with the
customer service manager and a company engineer, wound up returning it...
and a consulting engineer to MFJ called a few days later. We had a long
discussion about the unit and what it could or could not do. All three
persons were very nice, very pleasant. You'll probably note a substantial
change in the MFJ-1026 ad copy now or in the very future.
I buy MFJ products direct and have had always good experiences when it was
necessary to deal with customer service and engineering.
