(GEORGIA) 15075 kHz 08 Aug 97 IBC Tamil language broadcast 1347-1354
SINPO 44554 Tamil language bcast to European Tamils (as well as Sri Lanka) 
M voice, 'IBC' ID at 1351 & numerous 'Tamil' references after ID.
Broadcast until 1352, carrier dropped at 1354. Very strong signal, poor audio quality.
Thanks & credit goes to Jay Novello for the tip in IRC channel #swl at 1346 UTC &
the background material on IBC. Transmitter site assumed to be in Tblisi; 
this assumption based on information provided by Jay from CUMBRE #s 139 & 
150, WWDX Top News #309 & DX Window #66. Tadzhikistan also a possiblilty.
