Hello,

got up very early this morning (full moon, hi) and noticed good 
propagation on mw.

1510  EQA  HD2IOA Time Signal, Guayaquil, AUG 19 0355-0415
           time pips at seconds 00-50, time announcement (UTC-5h) in Sp,
           fading in 0355, with peak at 0405 (fair) and gone at 0415;
           under strong unID LA with non-stop mx and fair LA (probably
           'La 15-10', VEN).
           Nothing hrd on 7600 kHz

Rx:   AOR 7030
Ant:  about 7 meters Vertical
Loc:  South Western Germany
