This was a simulcast of the celebrations of 50 years independence of India. There was Hindi music and at 1900 a speech by what seemed the prime minister, first in English then in Hindi. At recheck just before 2000 some frequencies had closed down while the rest was carrying individual programming. //s found were: 3223, 3245, 3315, 3345, 4760, 4775, 4800, 4840, 4850, 4920, 4940, 4970, 5050, 9565, 10330 kHz.   

Maybe still on tonight.
