VOA has been reported on Turks and Caicos 1020, and I have heard them on
730 (and I think it was also on 610) from Trinidad.  It is also possible
to pick up transcription programs from DW, R. Ned, etc. in Spanish on
Medium Wave from Colombia and other countries in South America.  Not sure
if the originator of the program could even tell you who rebroadcasts them.
