2215, when audio ceases but carrier stays on past 2300. Announcements
are infrequent and brief, so I haven't been able to pin down the
language. I suppose this could be Georgian R., although when it's
active, Tbilisi is usually strong and steady, with stomach-turning audio
quality. This one is puny and choppy and has decent audio. It acts more
like a longpath antipodal signal, possibly RRI Pekanbaru. But why would
they be going off--rather than coming on--at 2215? And opera isn't
exactly a staple of RRI stations, either. "Is a puzzlement!" ---HILL,
