Some French speaking stations dominated here on FM this
morning. Conditions died at 0900 UTC but according to
old daily routine at least some stations are expected to
pop up on band in this evening too!

103,4   0847    R France, regional? Started reading an address
                at 0853 and immediately faded out!! Typical!
