I sent a registered letter to this station last September and it was
returned today stamped 14th May in Tbilisi, Georgia and had text "...n'ya
pas communication à Souhoumi" meaning I guess that letters can't be
delivered to Sukhumi. Has anyone had better success with this station lately?
