KIWI RADIO is gearing itself down for the last of it's Shortwave
transmissions on June 29th 1997.
We are hopeing have a broadcast before then as well with relays
received in the next couple of weeks.
We will advise through the "Weekly"
When we do Finally leave the world of Shortwave we will be continuing to
support FREE RADIO, and will continue to operate our web site
and associatted web pages and continuing to improve these as time
goes by.
We are already preparing the FINAL broadcast for September 6th
(our 20th Anniversary). more details later.

Time does go by quickly as next year 1998 the New Zealand Radio DX
League will be celebrating their 50th birthday, with a "CONVENTION"
at Camp Iona - Moeraki ( near Oamaru ) in February 1998.
