Hello from Vermont in the USA;

Is anyone hearing this Latin American on 2460.41?

UNID 2460.41 Radio Viga? Villa? Rigas? Aribas? presumed from Colombia. 
Heard the last 3 local mornings and this evening. Sign on 0903 May 17 with 
very strong signal. Male announcer between ballads some with an Andean sound. 
TC's for UTC -5, mentions of Colombia, and many saludos from the following 
barios: Santa Monica, Villacienda, Aguadon, Chepal?, Papil?, Santa Rosa?  
Other possible place names: Catambucaba?, Dielmatan?, Departamento Lobagia?
(How is Antioquia pronounced?) Mention of recent sports event "contra el
Atle'tico Co'rdoba". Ad for something "...a linea Los Paran~ones?, calidad
y retentimiento iniguadables". I'm presuming this is a 1230 khz or 820 khz
harmonic. This is the first time I have ever had a Latin American on this 
frequency which is usually WANO 2x1230 Pineville, Kentucky. Right now 0210 
May 18 I'm hearing apparent futbol match in Spanish on the frequency but 
much weaker than this morning. Can anyone help out with this one? Thanks.
