Today, 17th of may, I observed Sporadic E conditions at 06.50 UTC on
TV audiochannel R 1 = 56.25 MHZ.
I heard a programme in a language sounding like Russian, with commercials a few 
minutes before 07.00 UTC. Quite often " Canal Inter" was mentioned.
At 07.00 UTC the station went off the air.
Does anybody know the name of the station I heard?
