For what it is worth, I have also spent a lot of time DXing Latin America
(have just over #200 QSLs on MW) and think that there is a good chance you
heard both the Girardot stations. Perhaps you could send an e-mail to Henrik
Klemetz, klemetz@xxxxxxxxxxxxx - he lives in Bogotá. RCN are on the Net too,

WRTH 96 does not support my conclusions,
WRTH '97 lists RCN stations on 1290 & 1320, the 1320 is RCN Antena
Dos. Next time you hear Girardot, check 1140 R Girardot, it's regular hear
when Chile isn't blasting the channel!
