Hi Zach,

Same conditions here on March 17: station in SS, heavy QRM adj.channel(s),
blocked at 0328 by God knows who, 'cause still no audio at 0345, but with
Lima mentioned: a very tentative Radio Union, seems to be operating around
the clock. ID-ed this one on Feb 21 at 0500 ''in short silent period'', as
it sometimes happens.
