KOREA (NORTH)--On Fri 3/6/97 R Pyongyang (JJ) and Pyongyang Bcst Station
(Korean) were mixed on 3250 due to an obvious switching error at the
transmitter site. The audio of the two stations were mixed at about the
same volume at 1245. R Pyongyang (JJ) signed off at 1250 but PBS continued,
then at 1300 RP (JJ) signed on again, this time a little louder than PBS
but still mixed. Other RP and BPS // channels were normal. Normally, RP
program in JJ replaces PBS on the same carrier. (Ashimori-JAPAN)
