This is my first posting on this list.

KOREA (NORTH)
On Tue 28 Jan 97 Radio Pyongyang canceled Japanese broadcasts at 0400-0550
and 0600-0750 on 9505, 9650 and 11780. R Pyongyang is known to irregularly
cancel all transmissions between 0400 and 0800. Other transmissions on this
day (eg Japanese from 0900) were heard as usual.
