5009.5   UNID   Unidentified station here at 0020 in vernaculaire.  Signal
is BUSTING S-meters (>+10/S9), and didn't have EE nx at 0035 as AIR
Thirum'puram does.  If it's AIR it's off frequency, which is very unusual.
Sounds like Malagasy but why?  Are they celebrating Ramadan?  Very Strange.
