No address found for WTAM Cleveland 1100 (ex WWWE)

Also heard was a new (?) Mexican network of stations
identifying as RADIO TOPLA. Full identification at
1000 UTC as found out by Karel Honzik:
XEA?? .... 1670
XEDXA .... 1060 (Radio Topla Pacifica)
XED?? ....  870 (Sonora)
announcement was heard on 1500 khz atop WTOP.

1590 unid with an ethnic broadcast (Indian) at
0210 UTC. Surely American but who?
