Addresses for Russian stations needed

Can anyone help with the addresses of the following Russian stations:

- Islamskaya Volna. They broadcast for instance over the Belarus
transmitter of 1170 kHz.
- Radio Meditsina dlya Vas on 1485 kHz.
- "Radio 810" seems to be the station identification I heard over the
Vladivostok transmitter on 5015 kHz. Own programming until 1000 UTC, then
regional programming for the Vladivostok area. Could be a new private
station using state facilities?

Any help is appreciated either directly by e-mail or through this list.
