1390 mystery callsign

Hallo hard-core-dx,

Looked for some TA reception on 1390 and found callsign WR?O
at 0200 UTC. The ? most likely was WRXO but they are
listed on 1420. Unfortunately it was not WROA which would
be a goodie here.

Any intelligent guesses?  -- Thanks and wishing you a
