The UK station you heard on 1386 was almost certainly Fantasy Radio. They 
have been brodcasting non-stop music and announcements on the frequency most 
weekends this year and began a 28-day RSL broadcast today (9th December).  
They are based in Devizes, about 50 miles west of here, and audible here by 
groundwave with a weak signal (S 1-2) on a Lowe HF225E.

No other UK stations known to be operating on 1386 at the moment.

Hi,

today I've heard an UNID british RSL station on 1386 kHz. Around 0740 with a
selection of Oldies from the 60ies. Extremely weak, SINPO 15441. The
Wiltshire based RSL-station Radio Fantasy should operate in December on 
1386.
So it might have been Fantasy. Was anybody in Britain listening to 1386 at
that time?
