1995 NRC log gives the following addresses:
KOTA, 2827 E. Colorado Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57783
V/s during 1995 acc. to NRC and IRCA has been Mathew McMacken, AcctExec.

KGA, P.O.Box 30013 or 161 E 57th, Spokane, WA 99223
