Yesterday I have fond  the Voice of Democracy  transmitting at 6205 at 
2245-2300 as well as in7195  at very strong signals namely SINFO444424 
and 54424 Programming  included political speeches in english and a vernacular 
, assume Ibo Frequent  IDs between speeches . Announced both frqs at end of  
program
