A call to Hard Core DX'ers in the New York City or N.E. USA region. 
Yesterday afternoon, I enjoyed excellant FM skip here in Manitoba which 
brought in several stations from the New York and Deleware region. 
However, there was one station I could not identify.

93.1 om with Spanish programming

Does WPAT-FM broadcast in Spanish at 8 p.m. eastern time? I note their 
transmitter is on the World Trade Center and I was hearing WPLJ-FM, which 
also has a transmitter on this same building at the same time on 95.5.

If not WPAT, who does broadcast in Spanish at this time on 93.1 from N.E. 
USA. Thanks for any help you can provide.
