northern Europeans were few and far between at the time.  
This time of year, with darkness hours at a minimum, the 
0200-0300 UTC period is the best opportunity window for

certainly Angola, 1116 maybe Spain: audio lost to the bad slop 
coming from salsa-rengue music on pest daytimer WPMZ (RI) 1110.

vocal, then bouncy Alpine-style instrumental music; o/ prominent
SAH & second audio that was probably Spain.  The signal was fair
and peaked during a brief period of European pre-dawn enhancement.

fading up in strength. + JUN 16 0000  - LOUD !!  Well over S9

and the BBC news.  Amazingly, this was the strongest TA here

fadey, rapidly losing strength to transmitter daylight.  Pre-

This was good and was fully in control of the channel !  There
