with WBBR off for a few minutes (a "lucky" technical problem
DX-wise !), man & woman w/ PP talk / Rio mentions was atop one
or more SS stations and bits of EE (probably KWKH).  Although
other Brazilians (such as Belem) are listed on 1130, all the
other ZY's heard tomight were from the Rio / Sao Paulo region
(where it's late autumn now), so this - with its high power -
is most likely.  WBBR threw a hum-modulated carrier on and off
