Hi and tnx fr useful info! A preview into next "DX-Window" from DSWCI:

PARAGUAY

The official opening of R Uno (650 kHz MW) has been postponed until the end
of the month, but the below schedule is effective already. Only the program
contents have not been finalized yet. By the way, R Uno is owned by
Multimedia S.A., which also runs the newspaper El Dia - de Asuncion. Some
unofficial sources say that this company is, in fact, owned by the
President! (Levi Iversen, Paraguay, May 24 in DX-Window/DSWCI)

Another new MW station is broadcasting on an experimental basis since April
28 at 0100 on 720 kHz. The station has 2 transmitters, 15 kW each, and it
transmits with eff power of 25kW. The name is R Pa'i Puku, broadcasting from
a site called 25 Leguas in Chaco about 350 km from Asuncion. The station is
operated by the Catholic church. I do not know the official address yet, but
presume that 25 Leguas, Chaco, will work. Broadcasting hours not yet
official, but presumably they will be about 0900-0400 UTC which is usual
here. Heard also today 2300, but with some QRM (Levi Iversen, Paraguay, May
30 in DX-Window/DSWCI - Levi tells that the Paraguayan press has been
writing a lot about the present situation on the FM band where about 60
stations are broadcasting quite openly without a license. The established
stations are complaining and have asked the government to close these "pirates")
