Looking V of Tibet 

FEBA 15445  at 1145 -1200 /29.5. Heard the ID of the station FEBA  with the its 
known tones , then in presume  tibetan . Signal was low at a level that i 
cannot clearly identify this language . But signal  faded down slowly afterwads 
so that in 1150 it was under the local noise . 
I am interested to know  how it was heard in your  QTHs !
