Heard this 400 watter from about 1322 to past 1600 at poor level,
occasionally to fair level around 1530 with snippets of speech, interspersed
with lots of music.  Using a 500 unterminated beverage at 260 degrees, with
a NRD 535D at Sombrio Beach, outside Victoria, BC, Canada.
