UNIDs on 1380 and 1490 kHz

I have a couple of UNID North American stations outstanding from the 
November Sheigra DXpedition: 

1380 kHz, 2340 utc 20 November ID sounds like "13-80 BKL radio" (heard 
twice)

1490 kHz, 2300 utc 15 November, ID sounds like "today's country is on KTR" 
(could be KPR/JTR/JPR?)

Any suggestions would be welcome (I realise it's a long shot without more 
details...):
